Yesterday morning, as I was working on my first cup of coffee & responding to work emails, my computer pinged to let me know that I had a Facebook notification. Since I love (and need) a little distraction from time to time, I toggled on over to check it out. To my surprise, I found a message from a high school friend that I probably haven't seen since high school...which was a while ago...
It was nice message & a reminder that I'm doing what I am meant to do. There was a time when I thought that I might want to teach photography, but life took me in a different direction. While I did & do enjoy helping others develop an understanding & love of photography, I think there are people better suited for that. I've met many of them & they do an amazing job.
Do your thing, now is the time...
Here's the nice message I woke up to:
"HI Joey Wood Tesch, I woke up this morning having reflections of Photography classes with Mrs. Story, I loved that class, although I could never roll my own film, lol, and that's where YOU came in, thank you so much for helping me get through photography class, I was going through some old high school pictures I save from that class, and their are some great ones, you took a few of me that are awesome too lol, but I was thinking of you while I was doing all that, so have a great day and again, thank you so much for rolling my film!"
